Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated August 18, 2026. This is a plain-language summary of how Microscale Software Solutions (“Microscale,” “we”) handles information collected through microscale.dev and its landing pages. It is not a substitute for legal advice specific to your situation.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site (a contact form, a pre-qualification form on one of our landing pages, a call-booking request, or a client-portal signup), we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, business name, and sometimes a phone number or website. If you become a client, we also store project, invoice, and contract information tied to your account.
We also automatically capture standard ad-attribution parameters (like utm_source or gclid) from the URL when you land on a page from an ad or campaign link, so we can tell which campaign a lead came from. This is stored temporarily in your browser (session storage), not in a tracking cookie.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal or concept, schedule and hold calls, and, if you become a client, to deliver and invoice the work. We do not sell your information to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to why you gave it to us.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and our business, and your information may pass through them as part of that:
- Resend, to send emails (confirmations, replies, invoices).
- Supabase, to store client portal accounts, projects, invoices, and contracts.
- Stripe, to process card payments. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles that directly.
- Cal.com, to schedule and manage call bookings, where used.
- Vercel, to host this site.
We may in the future use advertising platforms (such as Meta or Google) to measure how our ad campaigns perform. If and when we do, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and lead information for as long as it's useful for following up with you, and client account information for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. See “Contact us” below.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
